All of our policies are written taking into account students' special educational needs. Our aim is to prepare students for life beyond school. All policies are written by the Marshfields Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and agreed by the board of governors prior to publication.

The Marshfields Senior Leadership Team are: 

• Ian Graham - Headteacher
• Alexa Howard - Deputy Headteacher
• Ted Fisk - Assistant Headteacher
• Rachael Smith - Assistant Headteacher

Hannah Mills, our Additional Needs Coordinator (ANCO) is responsible for the administrative management of EHCPs and annual reviews. 

Connor Pilbeam, our Head of Pastoral leads a team of Pastoral Assistants who take a key role in supporting students in line with the school Behaviour policy.
