The report highlights the following strengths:

• ‘The curriculum is well thought out, ambitious, aligned to the National Curriculum and culminates in relevant qualifications.’
• ‘Students show good listening, they are well behaved, and they are well managed.’
• ‘Lunch clubs promote focused free time which in turn supports well-being and positive mental health.’
• ‘There is a cohesive approach amongst leaders, everyone conveys the same message.’

We are extremely pleased that the overall effectiveness of the school was graded as Good and that the school was recognised for all the hard work that goes on every day here.

We are all very happy with the outcomes of the report and are continuously working to address the small number of areas for improvement through a comprehensive action plan and to move the school forwards before the next inspection.
